Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked. 14 (fourteen) days return policy to be applied from the day in which the customer physically receives the product (not since the day of purcha). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

What is a money back guarantee? Well, it is our pledge to YOU.
Following of many trials and tests we are so confident in our product and it’s results that we are offering you a money-back guarantee on our GROLASHES serums. Our serums must be applied nightly for a period of 8/12 weeks in order to see results.
It is also important to mention that although some GROLASHES Girls begin to see their transformation within the first few weeks, for many customer results are not noticeably obvious until weeks 8. Therefore our TOP TIP is consistency and perseverance.
There are a few criteria that you will need to meet in order to qualify for this money-back guarantee, they are as follows:
- Take a photo of your lashes on the day that you begin using our serum ( the photo must have a time stamp and date visible).
- Continue to use our serum every night for a minimum of 8 weeks.
- Once 8 weeks of consistent use has passed, please take a subsequent photo of your lashes ensuring the image is clear and from the same angle as your first photo (again this image must have a date and time stamp visible).
- Send these images to skinmedicineuk@gmail.com and a member of our team will examine the evidence you have provided. This can take max. 14 working days.
If all evidence is approved you will either receive a replacement serum for you to continue your lash growth with us, or you will receive a full refund.
It is important to note that we cannot offer full refunds on cases involving irritation or reaction. As with all cosmetic products, we advise patch testing prior to use, and checking our full list of ingredients for any potential allergies:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return your product, contact us first at skinmedicineuk@gmail.com to verify you are eligible for a return. If you qualify, we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
